The facility uses White Rabbit technology, a high-precision timing system capable of synchronising connected infrastructure with very small time differences. Its significance extends beyond keeping clocks accurate. Modern financial transactions, telecommunications, electricity networks and digital services rely on synchronised systems to operate reliably. For Bengaluru, the development adds another layer to the city’s growing role in India’s technology and digital infrastructure ecosystem.
