Officials overseeing the project said the transmission corridor will connect two major 220kV substations in sectors 65 and 56 through a new 6.5-kilometre line intended to improve redundancy within Gurugram’s power network. Most of the route has already been completed, while a small but strategically important section remained delayed because the alignment passes above an underground petroleum pipeline corridor.
