Delhi Launches Rs 240 Billion Infrastructure Plan to Combat Traffic Woes
Delhi is embarking on a monumental Rs 240 billion infrastructure upgrade, jointly approved by the Centre and the Delhi government, to decisively tackle its persistent traffic congestion.
