Hyderabad: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Hyderabad chapter has announced that the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 will be held from August 28 to 30 at the Hitex Exhibition Centre, bringing together more than 100 RERA-approved residential and commercial projects under one roof.
The annual property exhibition is expected to provide homebuyers and investors with access to verified real estate developments from member developers, reflecting Hyderabad’s continued momentum as one of India’s fastest-growing property markets. Organisers say the event is designed to help buyers compare projects, understand regulatory compliance and make informed purchasing decisions. The exhibition comes at a time when Hyderabad’s real estate sector continues to benefit from expanding transport infrastructure, growing employment opportunities and sustained demand for residential housing. Urban economists note that improved connectivity, commercial expansion and ongoing public infrastructure investments have supported steady growth in the city’s housing market despite broader economic uncertainties. Industry observers say many prospective buyers continue to delay purchase decisions in anticipation of price corrections. However, market trends indicate that infrastructure-led development, increasing demand for quality housing and continued urban expansion have helped maintain property values across several micro-markets in Hyderabad.
The event’s focus on RERA-approved projects is expected to strengthen consumer confidence by promoting transparency and regulatory compliance. Real estate experts believe that verified developments provide buyers with greater legal clarity, reducing risks associated with project approvals and delivery timelines. Beyond facilitating property transactions, such exhibitions also contribute to the broader urban economy by connecting developers, financial institutions and homebuyers on a common platform. They also reflect the growing importance of organised real estate markets in supporting planned urban growth and sustainable housing development. With Hyderabad continuing to attract investments across the technology, manufacturing and services sectors, demand for quality residential and mixed-use developments is expected to remain resilient. Urban planners emphasise that future growth should be supported by integrated infrastructure, public transport connectivity and balanced land-use planning to ensure long-term liveability.
The upcoming property show is expected to showcase the city’s evolving real estate landscape while highlighting the importance of transparency, regulatory compliance and informed investment decisions in an expanding urban market.
