Among the most affected regions, Hanamkonda has emerged with a rainfall deficit significantly beyond seasonal norms. While moderate departures from average rainfall are generally manageable during July, the district’s substantially lower precipitation highlights growing regional imbalances that could influence groundwater recharge, reservoir inflows and agricultural planning if dry conditions persist.
