Grundfos has successfully wrapped up its ambitious iTruck Drive Initiative, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to sustainability and carbon reduction. The initiative, which commenced on September 25, 2023, in Gurgaon, has traversed a remarkable 22,000 kilometres, covering 136 industrial cities across 23 states of India.
The iTruck Drive aimed to demonstrate Grundfos’ commitment to environmental stewardship and its drive towards a net-zero future. Throughout its journey, the iTruck attracted over 10,000 visitors, showcasing Grundfos’ innovative solutions and engaging a wide audience of industry leaders and stakeholders.
The campaign featured the IE5 range of motors, highlighting their upgraded capacity from 22KW to 55KW. These motors, known for their energy efficiency, are pivotal in reducing operational energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Grundfos estimates that the outreach of the iTruck will contribute to a reduction of potential carbon emissions by approximately 33,500 kilograms, underscoring the significant environmental impact of its technology.
The Director of Industry for the INDO Region at Grundfos expressed satisfaction with the campaign’s outcomes, stating, “We are immensely proud of the success of our iTruck Drive campaign.
