BharathCloud Adds 500 Jobs With New Hyderabad Office

BharathCloud has opened its second Hyderabad office at Mindspace IT Park in HITEC City, linking the company’s expansion to plans to recruit more than 500 employees and establish a Global Network Operations Centre for its cloud and AI infrastructure business.

The approximately 10,000-sq-ft facility will support BharathCloud’s operations as a sovereign AI cloud services provider based in Hyderabad. The company said the office will house its planned GNOC, which is intended to strengthen infrastructure monitoring, improve visibility across cloud services and support service reliability.

The expansion adds another technology workplace to HITEC City, one of Hyderabad’s established office districts. The announcement places the company’s growth across two connected requirements: physical commercial space for its teams and operational capacity to monitor and support cloud services. BharathCloud has not disclosed the total investment in the facility or the expected timeline for completing the hiring programme.

The planned recruitment will cover cloud engineering, AI infrastructure, network operations, cybersecurity, customer support and business operations. The company said the positions will span both technology and business functions, indicating that the new office is intended to serve as more than a conventional administrative branch.

A GNOC is also planned as part of the office’s operational role. According to BharathCloud, the centre will help improve oversight of its cloud services and contribute to infrastructure monitoring and operational resilience. The announcement did not provide details on the centre’s technology systems, staffing structure, service coverage or the specific locations and facilities it will monitor.

Rahul Takkallapally, co-founder of BharathCloud, said the new office represented an investment in talent, infrastructure and capabilities required to serve a growing market. The company did not identify the customers or contracts supporting the expansion, nor did it state whether all 500-plus positions would be based at the new facility.

For Hyderabad’s office market, the announcement reflects how demand for commercial space is increasingly tied to specialised technology operations as well as conventional corporate functions. In this case, the proposed workforce includes infrastructure, cybersecurity and network operations roles, while the GNOC gives the facility a service-delivery function. The available announcement, however, does not establish the office’s effect on wider vacancy, rents or demand across HITEC City.

BharathCloud’s next stated steps are to recruit more than 500 employees and establish the Global Network Operations Centre at the new office. The company has not announced a public completion date for either milestone.
