Delhi Metro Launches Month Long Online Survey for Commuter Feedback Today

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has launched its 11th commuter satisfaction survey, inviting public feedback over a month-long period from 15 July to 14 August. Conducted entirely online, the initiative aims to evaluate key aspects of commuter experience and feed insights into future enhancements to urban mobility infrastructure. Commuters can participate through the official DMRC website, where the bilingual survey form is accessible in both English and Hindi. The digital format is intended to broaden access and encourage inclusive participation from across Delhi’s diverse commuter base.

According to DMRC officials, the objective of this survey is to assess perceptions of service parameters such as availability, accessibility, convenience, information systems, cleanliness, comfort, and commuter safety. Riders are also invited to provide direct suggestions, marking a critical shift toward data-informed public transport policy. This effort comes as part of DMRC’s continuous improvement framework, where passenger experiences are being placed at the centre of operational planning. “The feedback gathered will allow us to review service quality and identify improvement areas based on actual rider sentiment,” stated a senior DMRC official involved in the project.
