The Delhi Development Authority has announced 2,516 low-income group flats in Narela under the DDA Awaas Nivesh Yojana 2026, offering a flat 25% discount that brings the starting price to around Rs 15 lakh. Registration will open on October 14 at noon, while flat booking will begin on October 20 through the authority’s Awaas Portal.
The scheme is aimed at making homes more affordable for economically weaker sections and other low-income buyers in Delhi’s property market. The DDA said the offer also forms part of its effort to develop Narela as a more vibrant and liveable sub-city.
The scheme brochure will be available for download from October 13. It will contain details of the flats’ plinth areas, prices, sectors and pockets in Narela, along with the remaining terms and conditions. The brochure will be published on the DDA website.
Applicants will have to pay a booking amount of Rs 1 lakh for each flat. A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of Rs 2,500 will also be charged for onboarding on the portal, according to a circular issued by the authority. Applicants who have already registered on the DDA portal will not need to register again.
Registration and booking will be conducted through the DDA’s Awaas Portal at https://eservices.dda.org.in. The booking window is scheduled to start at noon on October 20, although the final availability and individual flat prices will depend on the details provided in the scheme brochure.
Narela has been identified by the DDA as an area where further development is expected to improve liveability and growth prospects. The authority said the housing scheme would address the needs of economically weaker sections while providing buyers an opportunity to purchase homes in the area.
The release of the brochure on October 13 will provide applicants with the project-specific information needed before registration and booking, including the location of individual flats, their plinth areas, applicable prices and other conditions.
