Potential sites have been identified in Ibrahimpatnam, Serilingampally, Chevella, and Maheshwaram. The Telangana government plans to establish essential physical infrastructure, including roads, power, and water facilities, to attract a wide spectrum of AI-related businesses. This initiative aims to create a vibrant ecosystem comprising next-generation hyperscalers, prominent AI firms like OpenAI, and innovative startups focusing on cutting-edge technologies such as advanced chipsets and large language models (LLMs).

“We are targeting companies of all sizes, particularly those driving disruption in the AI sector, and will extend invitations for them to join the AI City.
