The Marine Drive police have arrested a 40-year-old Aurangabad resident accused of impersonating an Officer on Special Duty to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and extorting Rs 3.5 crore from a civil contractor by promising to clear pending Public Works Department bills.
