Police have decided against road closures or diversions, but traffic personnel will be deployed at key locations to manage congestion and protect emergency movement.
The programme, scheduled from the late afternoon into the evening, is the fourth interaction in the series and the first focused exclusively on women. Its timing and location are significant for Pune, where large public gatherings can quickly affect traffic around the RTO area and adjoining roads. Police permission for the event comes with several conditions covering crowd safety and public infrastructure.
