The upcoming Noida International Airport is rapidly emerging as more than a transport project, with its influence extending into housing, industry, logistics and urban planning across the National Capital Region.
While commercial operations are yet to mature, infrastructure investments around the airport are already reshaping development priorities along the Yamuna Expressway, highlighting the need to balance economic growth with sustainable and inclusive urban expansion.
