Navi Mumbai Metro revises Sunday schedule

Starting May 11, 2025, the Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1—operated by the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO)—will follow a revised schedule on Sundays and public holidays to facilitate preventive maintenance of its fleet.

Under the updated timetable, the first trains from both Belapur and Pendhar stations will depart at 6:00 AM. The last train from Belapur will leave at 10:00 PM, while the final train from Pendhar will depart at 9:45 PM. Services will run at 15-minute intervals throughout the day. CIDCO confirmed that the revised timings apply only to Sundays and public holidays, while regular weekday operations will remain unaffected.

The new schedule is designed to prioritise commuter safety and ensure uninterrupted weekday services by allocating dedicated time for train maintenance. Commuters are advised to plan their travel accordingly and check real-time updates at metro stations or via the official CIDCO website.
