Hyderabad’s premium housing market is set for another high-value addition with the planned launch of Trump Towers Hyderabad in Kokapet. The proposed twin-tower development will rise 65 storeys and cover about four acres, adding more than 450 high-end homes to one of the city’s fastest-growing western corridors. The project is expected to enter the market in October 2026.
The development is being taken forward by Tribeca Developers in partnership with Ira Realty. It will have about 2.2 million square feet of built-up space across two towers. Apartment prices are expected to range from ₹5 crore to ₹18 crore, placing the project firmly within Hyderabad’s luxury residential segment. Industry reports estimate potential sales value between ₹3,500 crore and ₹4,200 crore. The project reflects the growing importance of Kokapet in Hyderabad’s high-end property market. The area has attracted major residential developments alongside improvements in road connectivity and access to the wider western business district. Its proximity to employment hubs and major transport links has strengthened its appeal among premium homebuyers. The scale of Trump Towers Hyderabad also highlights a broader shift in the city’s residential market. Developers are increasingly targeting larger homes, premium amenities and high-rise communities for buyers with substantial purchasing power. This trend is contributing to a concentration of expensive residential projects in areas such as Kokapet, Neopolis and the Financial District.
According to Telangana’s real estate regulatory records, the project has received approval under the name Trump Towers Hyderabad. The registration records show two proposed residential buildings, each planned for 65 slabs, with a proposed completion timeline extending to 2031. The project site is located on Golden Mile in Kokapet. The development is also notable from an urban form perspective. High-rise construction allows more homes to be accommodated on relatively limited land, but its long-term impact depends on supporting infrastructure. Traffic capacity, water supply, waste management, public transport and emergency access will become increasingly important as the surrounding residential population grows. Kokapet’s continued transformation therefore goes beyond individual projects. The concentration of premium housing is reshaping land values and the character of the western Hyderabad growth corridor. It also raises questions about whether infrastructure expansion can keep pace with rising residential density.
For Hyderabad, the arrival of Trump Towers Hyderabad will provide another indicator of the depth of demand for luxury housing. The more important test, however, will be whether new high-rise development is matched by resilient infrastructure, efficient mobility and adequate civic services for the wider neighbourhood.
