Hyderabad Mokila Layout Attracts Over 150 Prospective Bidders

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) witnessed significant interest in its upcoming Mokila Layout project, with more than 150 prospective bidders participating in a pre-bid meeting held at the project site on Monday.

The meeting was organized to provide potential bidders with a detailed overview of the layout, planned infrastructure, and development proposals before the scheduled e-auction on June 29 and 30. During the session, HMDA Deputy Collector Y. Sudarshan highlighted the key features of the Mokila Layout project and addressed various queries raised by participants. Officials provided insights into the project’s design, amenities, and future development plans aimed at enhancing the layout’s appeal to buyers and investors.

Chief Planning Officer A. Ravinder Reddy explained the planning framework and development proposals associated with the project, while Superintending Engineer Appa Rao briefed attendees on the infrastructure and development works undertaken at the site. The strong turnout at the pre-bid meeting reflects growing interest in residential and investment opportunities within the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region. Mokila has emerged as a sought-after destination due to its strategic location, improving connectivity, and expanding urban infrastructure.

HMDA officials stated that the upcoming e-auction will provide interested buyers an opportunity to secure plots in the planned layout. The authority expects robust participation during the auction process, given the positive response received during the pre-bid interaction. The e-auction for the Mokila Layout is scheduled to take place on June 29 and 30.
