Hyderabad: GHR Infra has introduced a limited-period offer on select 2 and 2.5 BHK homes at its residential project GHR Callisto in Kollur, with prices starting at ₹83 lakh. The offer, announced ahead of Independence Day, includes a complimentary modular kitchen from IKEA. Buyers can also choose between an EV parking provision and two years of common-area maintenance, subject to the applicable terms.
Eligible buyers can book selected homes with a 10% down payment, potentially reducing the upfront financial requirement for purchasers entering Hyderabad’s western residential market.GHR Callisto is spread across 8.3 acres, with nearly 70% of the development planned as open space. The project comprises four residential towers with around 1,190 homes, offering 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK configurations. The 2 BHK residences measure approximately 1,195 sq ft, while the 2.5 BHK units cover around 1,295 sq ft. The configurations are positioned towards first-time buyers, working professionals and families seeking homes in Kollur. The project has also started Phase 1 handovers, giving prospective buyers greater visibility into the development and its residential infrastructure. Kollur has become part of Hyderabad’s expanding western residential belt, benefiting from its access to employment and commercial districts such as Neopolis, the Financial District and HITEC City.
For homebuyers, connectivity remains an important consideration. However, rising development in the western corridor also brings greater pressure on roads, public transport, water infrastructure and other civic services. The project incorporates several sustainability-oriented features, including rainwater harvesting, grey-water treatment, organic waste composting and EV charging infrastructure. Such measures can become increasingly relevant as residential communities grow and urban resource demand increases. The development includes a 50,000 sq ft clubhouse, swimming pools, sports facilities, an amphitheatre, landscaped areas and work-from-home and co-working spaces.
The new offer comes at a time when Hyderabad’s residential market continues to see demand for larger organised communities in emerging western locations. Incentives covering interiors, maintenance and mobility can influence the overall cost of homeownership, although buyers would need to assess the complete price, recurring charges and applicable terms before making a purchase decision. The offer is available for a limited period on eligible 2 and 2.5 BHK residences at GHR Callisto.
