Assam is set to witness a transformative shift with the deployment of 500 off-grid solar photovoltaic water pumping systems (SPWPS).
This ambitious project, secured by KLK Ventures under the aegis of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM) scheme, marks a pivotal move in reducing the reliance of the state’s agricultural communities on conventional energy sources and fostering sustainable practices.
