DK Vertex Plans ₹300 Crore Convention Centre Expansion
The company aims to build more than 30 centres across 10 cities, with Jaipur, Mohali, Indore and Visakhapatnam identified as upcoming locations.
GURUGRAM | September 8, 2026 — DK Vertex has announced a ₹300 crore expansion plan to develop more than 30 convention centres across 10 Indian cities, with the company targeting emerging business and industrial markets beyond the country’s major metropolitan areas.
The expansion plan was disclosed by Vertex Group Founder and President Gagan Arora after DK Vertex inaugurated a new convention centre at Udyog Vihar in Gurugram in association with MSME Business Forum India. The company said the planned network could have a combined capacity of 50,000 seats.
“With a ₹300 crore investment plan to expand to more than 30 centres across 10 cities with 50,000 seats, we see this convention centre as part of a much larger journey to build an integrated ecosystem of spaces that respond to how modern businesses operate,” Arora said, according to PTI.
The company has identified Jaipur, Mohali, Indore and Visakhapatnam as upcoming DK Vertex locations. Arora said the timing and scale of the convention-centre rollout would depend on market demand, project feasibility and the availability of suitable business infrastructure in each location.
DK Vertex said conferences and exhibitions would become a larger part of its business-spaces portfolio. Arora expects the business to grow at approximately twice its current scale annually over the next three years, with the segment contributing about 70 per cent of DK Vertex’s overall business. These projections were presented by the company and were not accompanied by independently disclosed financial details in the announcement.
The newly inaugurated Gurugram facility covers 12,000 square feet and includes a main hall with capacity for approximately 300 to 400 guests. It is located on the Delhi-Gurugram business corridor, a commercial zone that connects offices, industrial activity and corporate services across the National Capital Region.
Simar Arora, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of DK Vertex, said the facility would support enterprises, micro, small and medium enterprises and global delegations through a combined business-infrastructure platform. The company described the centre as a venue for conferences, exhibitions, corporate engagements and business collaboration.
Ravi Nandan Sinha, Director of MSME Business Forum India, said the partnership had been supported through MSME Manager, a special-purpose vehicle intended to simplify aspects of doing business for India’s MSMEs. He said the convention centre would provide a dedicated platform for business engagement, collaboration and international partnerships.
DK Vertex’s expansion announcement comes as the company evaluates convention and events infrastructure in cities outside the largest metropolitan markets. The proposed locations and final project schedules will depend on further assessments of local demand, feasibility and business infrastructure availability.
