Authorities have decided to divert select New Delhi–Katra services through alternative routes after earlier plans to suspend operations during scheduled power and traffic blocks triggered concerns among passengers and regional commuters. The maintenance activity is being carried out between Shahbad Markanda and Mohri stations, an important stretch connecting northern states with the National Capital Region.
