Severe Cyclone Arnab was completing landfall along the Andhra Pradesh coast between Narsapur and Yanam on Wednesday, with winds reaching 125 to 135 kmph and gusting up to 140 kmph, according to the Visakhapatnam Meteorological Department. The landfall process was expected to conclude within one to three hours as authorities continued precautionary and emergency response measures.
