BWSSB Hosts Water Adalat to Address Grievances

Bangalore: The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) will hold a Water Adalat on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. to address a range of issues faced by the public. This initiative is aimed at resolving grievances related to water billing, delays in water supply and sanitary connections, and the conversion from domestic to non-domestic connections, among other concerns.

According to a press release from the BWSSB, the Water Adalat will be conducted at various sub-divisions across the city to ensure widespread accessibility for residents. The designated locations for the Adalat include BEML Layout near ITPL, 4th Main Road, Kundalahalli Main Road; 1st Block, 9th D Main, Service Road, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar; Swami Vivekananda Road, opposite Lido Mall, Halasur; and 10th Main Road, 7th Cross, behind Indiranagar Club, HAL 2nd Stage. Additionally, it will be held at Ground Floor, Arkavathi Bhavan, 5th Main, 9th Cross, RPC Layout, Vijayanagar 2nd Stage; 5th Stage, 1st Main, BEML Layout, R.R. Nagar; 4th Cross, Rajajinagar 1st N Block, behind Vidyavardhaka School, Kethamaranahalli water tank; and Ground Floor, 7th Main, MEI Layout, Hesarghatta Road. Other locations include Millers Road, High Grounds; Room no. 115, 1st Floor, Suvarna Bhavan, 18th Cross, Margosa Road, Malleswaram; and 8th Main Road, D Block, Sahakarnagar.

The BWSSB encourages residents facing issues with water supply to attend the Adalat for a speedy resolution of their grievances. This initiative is part of the BWSSB’s ongoing efforts to improve customer service and enhance the efficiency of its operations. For residents unable to attend the Adalat, the BWSSB has provided alternative channels to lodge complaints.
