The 16th Naredco Telangana Property Show opened at Hitex in Hyderabad with more than 500 real estate projects, bringing developers, financial institutions and prospective homebuyers together for a three-day exhibition ending on November 1.
Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka inaugurated the property show on Friday. The exhibition includes apartments, villas, plotted developments and commercial properties across Hyderabad and its surrounding areas, with projects presented across different budgets and investment requirements.
Financial institutions participating in the exhibition are providing information on home loans and other financing options. The arrangement allows visitors to compare projects, understand available funding choices and evaluate residential and commercial property opportunities at one venue.
The event also featured a government update on planned infrastructure and construction activity in Hyderabad and the surrounding areas. Bhatti said the government had prepared designs for development works worth ₹74,000 crore, of which projects valued at ₹55,000 crore had been sanctioned.
According to Bhatti, tendering was in progress for several works, while some projects had already commenced. He said residents would witness large-scale infrastructure development and construction activity across Hyderabad within a year. He also said members of the National Real Estate Development Council, or Naredco, were contributing to the state’s growth through investment and participation in development.
The infrastructure announcement places the property exhibition within a broader urban development setting. New housing, plotted developments and commercial projects are being presented alongside a pipeline of public works whose implementation will affect the areas around Hyderabad. The supplied account does not specify the individual projects included in the ₹74,000-crore designs or the locations and timelines of the sanctioned works.
Naredco-Telangana president Sreedhar Reddy Koppula described the exhibition as a platform connecting developers, homebuyers and investors. He said the response on the opening day showed the relevance of such events in creating business opportunities and enabling interaction among industry stakeholders.
Naredco-Telangana secretary-general R. Venkateswara Rao said the show was intended for first-time homebuyers, people seeking to upgrade their homes and investors exploring residential and commercial properties. He said the presence of projects across segments and budgets, along with financing options, would help visitors make informed decisions.
The exhibition will continue at Hitex through November 1, with participating developers and financial institutions available to visitors during the three-day event.
