MHADA housing lottery applications have opened for 99 homes and 105 residential plots in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Latur, with prospective applicants able to register and submit applications until September 28, 2026. The Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Board has announced the sale of the properties through lotteries under its 20% inclusive housing scheme and MHADA housing scheme.
The 99 homes include 97 units made available under the 20% inclusive housing scheme and two units under the MHADA housing scheme. The 97 homes are located in Satara, Itkheda, Shahanurwadi and Nakshatrawadi within the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation limits. They are designated for applicants from the economically weaker and low-income groups.
The remaining two homes are located in N-7, CIDCO, and Mukundwadi in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The N-7 unit is listed for the high-income group, while the Mukundwadi unit is listed for the economically weaker group, according to the announcement reported by Loksatta.
In a separate lottery process, MHADA will offer 73 residential plots in Murtizapur in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district and 32 plots in Nilanga in Latur district. The combined 105 plots will be sold through a lottery, allowing successful applicants to purchase residential land for housing construction.
Registration, application sales and application acceptance for both the homes and plots have begun. Applicants can submit their forms until September 28. MHADA has advised interested applicants to use its official housing portal at housing.mhada.gov.in or visit the MHADA website for details about the schemes, locations and application process.
After applications are received, MHADA is scheduled to publish a provisional list of eligible applicants on October 5 at 3 p.m. on the housing portal. Applicants will be able to submit claims and objections against the provisional list until 5 p.m. on October 7. The final list of eligible applicants is scheduled to be published on October 12 at noon.
The date of the actual lottery has not yet been fixed by the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Board. MHADA said the date would be announced separately. The published schedule therefore currently covers registration, application submission, scrutiny, objections and publication of the final eligible-applicant list.
For assistance, applicants can contact the MHADA lottery help centre at 022-69468100 or the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Board at 0240-2334035. MHADA has advised applicants to rely on its official websites and designated contact numbers for further information and updates on the lottery process.
