A major pipeline testing incident triggered a powerful water burst beneath a recently developed road in Pune’s Talegaon Dabhade area on Sunday, adding to the disruption caused by intense monsoon rainfall across Maharashtra. The water eruption occurred as engineers were carrying out pressure testing on an underground pipeline network.
