As construction activity intensifies at the airport site in western Uttar Pradesh, planners say the project is entering a crucial transition from physical build-out to operational readiness a shift that could significantly alter regional mobility, trade logistics and land-use patterns across the National Capital Region. Officials overseeing the project confirmed this week that the airport’s international terminal is approaching completion, with final structural and systems work expected to wrap up in the coming months.
