ICICI Lombard has secured the naming and branding rights for Mumbai Metro Line 3’s Siddhivinayak Metro Station, a prominent stop located in Prabhadevi near the Shri Siddhivinayak Temple.
The station will now be officially recognised as the ICICI Lombard Siddhivinayak Metro Station. The rebranding initiative includes a 3D anamorphic screen installation and a dedicated Health and Wellness Booth powered by the ICICI Lombard IL TakeCare app, offering FaceScan-based checks for BMI, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and stress levels. The goal is to provide not just visibility but a valuable service to daily commuters.
The entire station, from entrance hoardings to platform screen doors, now showcases ICICI Lombard’s design language. LED screens and backlit panels have been strategically placed to enhance brand recall, especially among the lakhs of commuters using the Aqua Line daily. Speaking about the initiative, Sheena Kapoor, Head of Marketing, Corporate Communications and CSR at ICICI Lombard, said the branding move was more than just a visibility exercise. “It’s about touching lives and creating impact where it matters most,” she noted, highlighting the location’s spiritual significance and proximity to the insurer’s headquarters.
The station branding is seen as a landmark marketing effort, blending corporate presence with cultural relevance and everyday commuter engagement.
