Founded in Kolkata, Hulladek has established a robust presence in the eastern Indian market. The company is now poised to extend its operations into northern India, with future plans to penetrate the western and southern markets. This strategic move aligns with Hulladek’s vision of becoming a leading waste management provider across the country. Over the past decade, Hulladek has successfully collected and recycled 25 million kg of waste, encompassing a range of sources from industrial and government offices to educational institutions and households. This achievement reflects the company’s significant contribution to environmental sustainability and resource management.
The firm’s impressive growth trajectory is underscored by a tenfold increase in its annual turnover over the last five years. This growth has been a key driver behind Hulladek’s expansion plans. According to the company’s founder and Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), “Our goal is to establish recycling plants for electronic, battery, and plastic waste across India by 2030. Additionally, we will introduce door-to-door pick-up services to enhance our waste collection efficiency.”
