Gurugram Homebuyers Await Trinity Sky Palazzo Revival

Gurugram: The stalled Trinity Sky Palazzo residential project in Sector 88B, Gurugram, is set for a possible revival after a new developer group moved to acquire the company behind the development. The transition is significant for hundreds of homebuyers and landowners who have been waiting for construction to restart, highlighting wider challenges around stalled housing projects and accountability in fast-growing urban regions.

The acquisition involves the transfer of full ownership of Fidato City Homes Pvt Ltd, the entity responsible for the project, to Anhad Realty and Anhad Minerario. Along with ownership rights, the new stakeholders are expected to assume responsibilities linked to registered homebuyers and landowners associated with the development. Spread across nearly 11 acres, Trinity Sky Palazzo was planned as a luxury housing project with an estimated development value of around ₹1,200 crore. The project had received regulatory approvals under the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), but construction delays resulted in prolonged uncertainty for residents awaiting possession. For Gurugram, where rapid urban expansion has created strong demand for residential infrastructure, stalled developments remain a major concern. Urban planners note that delayed housing projects affect not only buyers but also surrounding communities, local employment, construction ecosystems and confidence in planned urban growth.

The Trinity Sky Palazzo revival now places attention on execution rather than ownership changes. Industry observers believe that restarting work, maintaining transparent communication and meeting regulatory commitments will be critical steps in restoring confidence among affected stakeholders. The project’s earlier construction contract was reportedly awarded for structural work to a listed construction company, but activity slowed after initial progress. The new management transition is expected to determine whether the long-delayed development can move towards completion while addressing pending obligations. Real estate experts say the case reflects a broader need for stronger project monitoring mechanisms in expanding cities like Gurugram. As urban regions continue to attract investment and migration, ensuring that housing projects deliver on commitments remains essential for sustainable and inclusive city growth.

The Trinity Sky Palazzo revival could become a test case for how stalled developments are restructured without compromising the interests of residents, investors and landowners. Beyond completing one housing project, the outcome will influence perceptions around reliability, governance and responsible expansion in the NCR real estate market. Going forward, stakeholders will closely monitor construction timelines, regulatory compliance and delivery commitments. The success of the transition will depend on whether the project can move from uncertainty towards a transparent and citizen-focused completion process.
