Following a successful pilot in Ahmedabad, the service, now accessible via the Delhivery Direct app, promises parcel pickups within 15 minutes. With a guaranteed pickup window of 15 minutes from the time of booking, the platform aims to service urban customers requiring rapid local deliveries. For small packages, Delhivery deploys two-wheelers, while larger consignments are handled via three- and four-wheeler vehicles, optimising fleet capacity and delivery timelines.
