DDA has sold 1,763 flats and only 199 flats have been sold in Narela and
Dwarka. The dream of owning a home in Delhi is set to become a reality for
many, thanks to the Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) upcoming housing
project. This initiative aims to provide residents with affordable housing options
and elevate their living standards. DDA is preparing to offer more than 4,000
flats across various categories, including 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK, making
homeownership in Delhi more accessible than ever.
DDA’s housing scheme will offer flats across different categories, catering to
varying needs and preferences. One-room LIG (Low-Income Group) flats will
be available at prices ranging between INR 13 lakh and INR 22 lakh. For those
seeking larger accommodations, two-room apartments will be offered at
approximately INR 1 crore, while three-bedroom flats will be priced between
INR 1 crore and INR 1.5 crore.
