As demand for specialised talent grows, companies are seeking cities that can offer operational resilience, lower employee attrition and opportunities for long-term expansion without the cost pressures associated with established technology hubs.
For Ahmedabad, the arrival of additional global capability centres could generate high-value employment, stimulate demand for Grade A office space and encourage investment in housing, mobility and social infrastructure. Such developments often create multiplier effects by supporting start-ups, professional services, educational institutions and urban retail ecosystems.
