Delhi Tallest MPs Flats Built By Leading Infrastructure Firm Inaugurated

Delhi’s tallest residential towers, built to accommodate Members of Parliament, have been officially inaugurated on Baba Kharak Singh Marg, marking a milestone in the city’s modern infrastructure development. The multi-storey housing complex, located near Parliament House, features 184 high-end Type-VII flats across multiple towers named Krishna, Godavari and Hooghly, constructed at a cost of ₹490.79 crore by a prominent infrastructure company.

Designed with earthquake-resistant technology, advanced security systems, and energy-efficient facilities, the complex sets a benchmark for combining safety, sustainability, and modern living standards in the heart of the capital. The premises include offices, staff accommodation, and a community centre, ensuring that all essential amenities are available within the residential campus. The construction firm behind the project, a Delhi-based infrastructure company established in 2007, has a track record of delivering landmark projects across India. Known for integrating modern engineering with sustainable practices, the company has previously executed significant projects including Aqua Line Metro stations in Noida, the Palm Olympia Phase-1 residential township, DMRC staff quarters, Delhi Technological University in Rohini, and Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai.

Industry experts note that the MPs housing project reflects the company’s ability to deliver high-value urban infrastructure in dense city centres, balancing architectural quality with operational efficiency. The towers’ height and design not only redefine Delhi’s skyline but also demonstrate how public housing for dignitaries can adopt green and climate-resilient building standards.Ongoing projects by the same developer include Palm Olympia Phase-2 in Noida Extension and Punjab National Bank’s new data centre in Gurugram, valued at ₹327.70 crore. Analysts say the firm’s growing portfolio shows its capacity to handle both large-scale residential and complex institutional projects while adhering to strict timelines.

Urban development planners view the MPs flats as an opportunity for the capital to set new standards for government housingprioritising sustainable construction materials, efficient waste management systems, and provisions for renewable energy integration. Given Delhi’s climate challenges, such initiatives are being closely watched as a blueprint for future public infrastructure. With this latest project, Delhi’s central administrative district not only gains a functional residential asset for elected representatives but also adds to its list of modern architectural landmarks. Whether it inspires similar sustainable housing models for the wider population will depend on how the city aligns its infrastructure development with broader environmental and social goals.
