FarEye Revenue Rises 24.58% as FY26 Losses Narrow Sharply

FarEye reported a 24.58 per cent increase in revenue from operations in FY26, while its loss after tax narrowed sharply and the logistics technology platform posted a positive profit after tax in the fourth quarter of the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The company’s revenue from operations rose to Rs 246 crore in FY26 from Rs 197 crore in FY25, according to results announced by FarEye Technologies. Total income stood at Rs 265 crore during the year.

FarEye’s loss after tax declined to Rs 9.41 crore in FY26 from Rs 52.1 crore in FY25, an improvement of nearly 81.94 per cent. The company also reported a 65.58 per cent year-on-year improvement in adjusted EBITDA. Total expenses increased by about 3.12 per cent during the same period.

The company said subscription revenue from committed, multi-year recurring contracts accounted for 83.25 per cent of its revenue from operations. International markets, including North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific, contributed 91.88 per cent of revenue from operations in FY26.

FarEye serves courier, express and parcel providers, retailers, food and beverage companies, pharmaceutical businesses and manufacturers. Its platform supports delivery operations, including for businesses using direct-to-consumer channels. The company said that 70.86 per cent of its revenue came from customers with annual consolidated revenue of at least $500 million.

The results reflect the growing role of software in coordinating urban and cross-border delivery networks, where dispatch planning, driver allocation and exception management affect how goods move from businesses to customers. FarEye said it adopted artificial intelligence tools across operations and product development, improving productivity while keeping employee costs virtually unchanged year-on-year.

FarEye publicly launched PILOT in April 2026, describing it as an agentic AI layer for dispatch teams. The system is designed to assist with scheduling, driver assignment and exception management, while retaining human approval and override controls.

Kushal Nahata, FarEye’s co-founder and chief executive officer, said the company continued to invest in its products and AI capabilities while maintaining focus on its underlying business fundamentals. He attributed the FY26 performance to enterprise customer growth, improved operating and delivery efficiency, and disciplined cost management.

FarEye said it had 13 customers at the end of FY26 that were either Fortune Global 500 companies or group entities of Fortune Global 500 companies. Its cash reserves stood at Rs 270.6 crore at the close of the financial year.
