Gujarat, Konkan and Goa, Madhya Maharashtra and Marathwada are likely to receive isolated to scattered rain over the next few days. Coastal Karnataka may receive rain from September 28 to 29, while North Interior Karnataka and Telangana could see similar conditions from September 27 to 30.
Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal are likely to receive isolated to scattered rainfall from September 29 to 30. Kerala, Mahe and Lakshadweep may also receive rain during the same period. South Interior Karnataka could see rain on September 28, while thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds are likely over Rayalaseema on September 28.
In the northeast, Assam and Meghalaya are likely to receive fairly widespread to widespread rainfall on September 28, while Arunachal Pradesh is expected to see widespread rain. Arunachal Pradesh could receive isolated to scattered rainfall on September 29 and 30. Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura may experience similar conditions through September 30.
