Hyderabad is on the cusp of a significant transformation as the state government has earmarked ₹10,000 crore for comprehensive infrastructural development in the city. The announcement, made by Irrigation, Food and Civil Supplies Minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy, underscores the government’s commitment to elevating Hyderabad to a global stature.
At the inauguration of the CREDAI Telangana STATECON 2024 conference, Minister Reddy highlighted an array of high-impact projects that are set to reshape the city’s landscape. The ambitious plans include the development of a futuristic city at Mucharla, the expansion of the Metro rail network, the establishment of a state-of-the-art skill development university, and the revitalisation of the Musi riverfront.
