Hosur to Host KSH INFRA’s ₹450 Crore Industrial Park

KSH INFRA, a prominent Pune-based developer renowned for its expertise in sustainable Industrial & Logistics (I&L) Parks, has announced its ambitious entry into the southern Indian market with an investment of approximately ₹450 crore. The company will develop its first Industrial & Logistics Park in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, marking a significant expansion into the southern region.

The Hosur I&L Park, strategically located on Hosur-Rayakottai Road, near the new Tata Electronics facility, will span about 50 acres. This development is poised to provide approximately 1.25 million square feet of state-of-the-art industrial and logistics space, setting a new standard for industrial infrastructure in the area. The strategic location of the park, close to the Karnataka border and the bustling Bangalore market, is expected to attract significant interest from various industrial and warehousing sectors. This project aims to cater to the growing demand for modern logistics and industrial facilities in southern India.

The new park is anticipated to create job opportunities for over 1,800 individuals, contributing significantly to local employment and economic growth. Over the next 3-4 years, KSH INFRA’s venture is expected to draw considerable attention from third-party logistics (3PL) providers, e-commerce businesses, and manufacturing firms seeking advanced infrastructure solutions. By investing in this development, KSH INFRA is positioning itself as a key player in the southern Indian industrial landscape, reinforcing its commitment to providing high-quality, sustainable industrial spaces. This project represents a strategic move to leverage the growing market potential in the region and establish a solid foothold in southern India’s competitive industrial sector.
