The company will develop its first Industrial & Logistics Park in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, marking a significant expansion into the southern region.
The Hosur I&L Park, strategically located on Hosur-Rayakottai Road, near the new Tata Electronics facility, will span about 50 acres. The strategic location of the park, close to the Karnataka border and the bustling Bangalore market, is expected to attract significant interest from various industrial and warehousing sectors. The new park is anticipated to create job opportunities for over 1,800 individuals, contributing significantly to local employment and economic growth.
