Raymond Realty has maintained its strong foothold in the Mumbai real estate market, with its premium residential project ‘The Address by GS’ leading home sales in Bandra East during the first quarter of FY25. According to a report by IndexTap, ‘The Address by GS’ achieved the highest sales value at ₹291 crore and sold the most units, totalling 96, in the Central Suburbs.

The project’s impressive performance, selling more than double the units of its closest competitor, underscores the robust demand for its luxury offerings. A spokesperson for Raymond Realty highlighted the company’s rapid ascent, stating, “We are already among the top 10 real estate players in the country and the fifth largest in the MMR in terms of turnover, just five years since inception. Our focus on industry pain points—timely delivery, quality, and lifestyle—has paid us rich dividends. We delivered our first project two years before the MahaRERA deadline, earning praise from RERA. Our Bandra project has also exceeded expectations, selling as many units as the market typically sells in a year and running ahead of schedule.” This latest success affirms Raymond Realty’s commitment to delivering exceptional residential experiences and its strategic focus on prime locations within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The company’s expansion into the Mumbai market includes strategic Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) in key areas such as Bandra, Mahim, and Sion.
