The response underscores the growing demand for affordable urban housing in one of India’s fastest-expanding metropolitan regions.
The first phase of the programme proposes the construction of more than 7,600 apartments across multiple locations within Hyderabad’s Core Urban Region, targeting economically weaker households that meet prescribed eligibility criteria.
