UST, a leading digital transformation solutions provider, has made significant improvements to the Mandal Parishad Primary School in Beeramguda, a locality in Hyderabad, Telangana. This initiative forms part of UST’s broader corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme, focused on empowering communities and improving access to essential resources for students.As part of its contribution, UST installed a modern audio system, which includes an amplifier, speakers, and microphones, thereby ensuring efficient communication and facilitating announcements across the school.
This upgrade is particularly vital in a school environment where clear communication plays a crucial role in effective teaching and learning. Additionally, UST also prioritised student well-being by installing three water dispensers, ensuring access to clean and safe drinking water—an essential feature often overlooked in many educational institutions.
Moreover, recognising the need for secure storage, UST provided six sturdy storewell cupboards to the school, aimed at safeguarding educational materials and supplies. This initiative not only ensures the proper organisation of materials but also contributes to a more functional and efficient school environment.
The newly upgraded facilities were officially unveiled in a ceremony attended by the Mandal Education Officer and UST’s CSR volunteers. The event was marked by interactive activities designed to engage students and promote a sense of community. Speaking at the event, Venkata Peram, the Centre Head for Hyderabad and Senior Client Partner at UST, highlighted the importance of such initiatives. “At UST, we believe that true change begins with empowering communities through the right resources.
