Real estate developer Trehan IRIS has officially announced its collaboration with Marriott International to manage a new Courtyard by Marriott hotel within its upcoming Iris Broadway project in Greater Noida. The hotel, which will feature 135 keys, marks a significant expansion of the Courtyard by Marriott brand into the Noida region.
Scheduled to open its doors by 2027, the hotel will be a central component of a broader mixed-use development encompassing retail, office spaces, and hospitality. The partnership with Marriott International is a notable milestone for Trehan IRIS, which has committed approximately ₹400 crore to develop the Iris Broadway project. This venture includes not only the hotel but also a substantial retail and office space component, aimed at creating a comprehensive commercial hub. The new Courtyard by Marriott will offer a range of amenities, including extensive banquet facilities capable of accommodating over 2,000 guests, thus catering to both business and leisure travellers.
Aman Trehan, Executive Director at Trehan IRIS, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, highlighting it as a strategic enhancement to their project that integrates high-end accommodations with premium office and retail spaces. Marriott International’s Area Vice President for South Asia, Ranju Alex, emphasised the importance of this addition to their portfolio, noting that Courtyard by Marriott’s expansion aligns with their growth strategy in India. With over 25 operational hotels and a robust pipeline in the country, this new property will further cement Marriott’s presence in the rapidly developing Greater Noida region.
