The first phase of this project, which includes the new commercial tower, is expected to be operational by June 2026.
Located on the east side of Thane Railway Station, the new tower, known as Tower-1, will occupy a prime position adjacent to platform 10. The commercial building will cover 9,000 square meters and offer a total built-up area of 24,280 square meters across eight upper floors, with a basement parking facility to accommodate visitors and tenants. The tower’s strategic location, coupled with its direct connectivity to multiple modes of transport, makes it a highly attractive location for businesses. The accessibility of the site is a key factor that will drive its success. The tower will be well-connected to Thane’s growing transportation network. A new elevated road link from Thane Corporation will connect the building to the Eastern Expressway and Metro-4 line, ensuring smooth access for those travelling by private vehicles, public buses, or the train system.
