Sikand’s extensive career includes notable achievements in sales and marketing, where she has consistently driven business expansion, brand growth, and digital innovation. Her previous role at TajSATS, a division of the Tata Group, saw her spearheading the rebranding efforts that contributed significantly to the company’s business performance. As a member of the Management Committee at TajSATS, Sikand played a key role in steering the company towards business excellence, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Her efforts in creating and promoting the new consumer-facing brand, Nekta Food Solutions, further underscore her ability to lead and innovate in high-stakes environments. Sikand’s contributions were also pivotal in the development of QMIN, the luxury food delivery app launched by the Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL), the parent company of Taj Hotels. Her experience with prominent brands like Aditya Birla Retail, ERGO Insurance, QAI India, and Reliance Retail demonstrates her extensive expertise and strategic insight.
