Surat Smart Cities Deliver Projects Worth 11000 Crore
Urban infrastructure development across Gujarat has entered a new phase as authorities report the completion of more than 357 projects under the Gujarat Smart Cities programme, representing investments of around ₹11,000 crore across six major urban centres. The projects span transportation, digital governance, water management and public space improvements aimed at modernising urban services and strengthening climate resilience.The initiative covers key cities including Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Gandhinagar and Dahod.
