Signature Global has awarded a construction contract worth ₹1,144 crore to Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd for its upcoming luxury residential project, De-luxe DXP, located in Sector 37D along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram.
The De-luxe DXP project is poised to be a landmark development, spanning 16.65 acres and comprising 1,008 premium residential units. The project will feature a diverse range of apartment configurations, including 3BHK, 3.5BHK, 4.5BHK units, and penthouses, with a total saleable area of approximately 28.12 lakh square feet. Designed by the internationally acclaimed architectural firm AEDAS, the project will also benefit from landscape design by a reputed firm, with DFI serving as the executive architects, Mahimtura as the structural consultant, and Sanelac handling MEP consultancy.
Set to achieve IGBC Gold certification, De-luxe DXP will offer an array of high-end amenities, including two expansive clubhouses totalling 80,000 square feet, seven swimming pools, podium parking, and advanced VRV air conditioning systems. Each residential core will house four apartments, ensuring spacious and exclusive living environments. Signature Global’s Vice Chairman expressed enthusiasm about the project, highlighting its alignment with the company’s vision of integrating luxury with sustainability. He emphasised that the partnership with Ahluwalia Contracts is expected to set new standards in residential construction, combining exceptional design with top-tier construction quality.
The Deputy Managing Director of Ahluwalia Contracts also voiced optimism, commending the opportunity to work on such a prestigious project. He underscored the company’s commitment to excellence and its alignment with Signature Global’s vision for creating distinguished residential spaces. To date, Signature Global has delivered 11 million square feet across various projects, with a current pipeline of 32.2 million square feet of saleable area and 16.4 million square feet under ongoing development. The company achieved ₹7,270 crore in sales bookings for the fiscal year 2023-24 and aims to reach ₹10,000 crore in sales for the current fiscal year. This new contract marks a pivotal moment for both Signature Global and Ahluwalia Contracts, signifying a robust collaboration in shaping the future of luxury real estate in Gurugram
