Rustomjee Group, in collaboration with Keppel, has announced the launch of its new luxury residential project, ‘Verdant Vistas,’ located in Thane. This ambitious development, valued at approximately Rs 1750 crore, aims to set a new standard for opulent living by blending Thane’s natural allure with contemporary amenities.
‘Verdant Vistas’ is poised to become a significant player in Thane’s real estate market, following the success of Rustomjee’s previous luxury offerings in prime Mumbai locations such as Bandra, Juhu, and Prabhadevi. The project marks Rustomjee’s first foray into Thane’s high-end residential market, complementing its existing portfolio which includes Urbania for affordable housing and La Vie and La Familia for aspirational buyers. The development comprises two towers: Tower A with 176 units and Tower B with 264 units. The project stands out for its spacious 4BHK apartments, which are a rarity in the region. The 3BHK units range from 1100 to 1300 sq ft, while the 4BHK units span 1750 to 2250 sq ft. Each residence features expansive decks with creek views, enhancing the living experience with additional outdoor space.
Verdant Vistas offers an extensive range of amenities spread across three floors, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, amphitheatre, children’s play area, clubhouse, and a senior citizen zone. The design incorporates Thane’s natural landscape, with elements like Ullas Creek adding a dynamic water feature to the surroundings. Renowned landscape consultant Coen from Singapore, alongside MOD architects and Hafeez Contractor, have contributed to the project’s design, ensuring a seamless blend of luxury and natural beauty.
Situated strategically, Verdant Vistas provides residents with easy access to Mumbai’s major social and infrastructural amenities. The development benefits from Thane’s improved transport infrastructure, including upcoming metro lines and major highways, enhancing connectivity with Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
The Chairman & MD of Rustomjee Group, highlighted the project’s commitment to sustainability, incorporating energy-efficient systems and eco-friendly materials. Keppel’s President for India, expressed enthusiasm about setting new benchmarks in luxury living with this collaboration.
To facilitate a deeper understanding of Verdant Vistas, Rustomjee has also launched a state-of-the-art Customer Experience Center in Thane, providing prospective buyers with an immersive preview of the project. The introduction of Verdant Vistas is expected to bolster Rustomjee’s position in the real estate market and further elevate the standards of luxury living in Thane.
