Regular feedback will be sought from them, and we will provide advanced equipment to enhance their efficiency and improve working conditions.”
Sharma’s approach includes tackling the staff shortage within the municipal corporation, with plans to meet the state’s chief minister to expedite recruitment processes. Another pressing issue that Sharma aims to address is the management of vending zones in the city. “To ensure transparency and fairness, we will soon introduce a minimum price structure for the allotment of vending zones,” he said.
