A new high-value housing development is set to reshape residential supply along Noida’s expressway corridor, as Max Estates rolls out Estate 105 in Sector 105. Spread across a planned site of over 10 acres, Estate 105 is being introduced in phases, with the initial tranche carrying an estimated gross development value of about ₹3,000 crore.
