Mumbai Announces Toll Exemption for Electric Cars and Buses on Atal Setu
The Maharashtra government has announced a full toll exemption for all electric four-wheelers and buses on the Atal Setu, India’s longest sea bridge. The decision, operationalised through a recent notification, is a strategic move aimed at accelerating the adoption of clean mobility and fostering a zero-net-carbon urban environment.
