MSN Realty will focus on several prime locations within Hyderabad, including Neopolis, Manchirevula, Tellapur, Patancheru, and Isnapur. The group is preparing to commence development activities with initial projects slated for Neopolis. As part of its strategic rollout, MSN Realty is also awaiting necessary approvals from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA). In addition to the properties in Neopolis, the group has acquired 20-25 acres across the other mentioned areas, positioning itself for expansive growth.
The formation of MSN Urban Ventures, a new arm dedicated to real estate, underscores the group’s commitment to this sector.
